Steinar Hindenes

The Norwegian designers Steinar Hindenes and Frode Myhr has both together and separately, received several awards for products they have developed.

Steinar Hindenes has received a number of prizes, including two design awards together with Dave Vikøren in Circus Design: The International Design Award 2001 for the Webster chair, as well as the 2003 Award for Design Excellence from the Norwegian Design Council for the Burell chair.

The chairs Breen and Tinde, created by Steinar Hindenes and Frode Myhr, have an elegant design and a modern stitching which shakes up the old stuffy recliner stereotype.
